The December Giveaway 2019 (hereafter referred to as 'The Competition') is hosted by The Anmorian Archives page and run by the author Dhesan Neil Pillay (henceforth collectively referred to as 'the promoter').

 

Entry Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all participants except members of the promoter's family.

• No country restrictions apply.

• No age restrictions apply.

 

Competition Entry Timeframe:

• Competition begins on 21/12/2019 at 00:00 South African Standard Time (SAST) - GMT +2.

• Competition ends on 26/12/2018 at 00:00 SAST.

• Winners of the competition will be announced via the Anmorian Archives Facebook page on 27/12/2018 and prizes will be shipped thereafter.

 

Entry Details:

• Entry requires completion of the competition entry form required fields. The comments section, although not required, helps us to generate more market-orientated competitions in the future but has no bearing on chances of winning.

• The details obtained for the entry into the competition (name, surname, country and email address) will not be passed to any third parties.

• The details obtained for the entry into the competition (name, surname and email address) will not be used for the purposes of spam by the promoter. Details will be used solely for the purposes of arranging delivery of the prizes advertised and to arrange the transfer of the Starbucks eGift Card.

• Correspondence of your entry's outcome will be entered into via the provided entry email address.

• Purchasing any products listed by the promoter (i.e.: ebooks of the listed titles) does not improve the chances of winning the prizes advertised for the competition.

• Entries that are unclear, illegible or contain errors or from disqualified persons, will be declared invalid.

 

Delivery Details:

• Shipping time will depend on the location of the winner of the prizes as well as the shipping schedules of the appointed courier company. Although beyond the control of the promoter, every effort will be made by the promoter to ensure a smooth delivery process and the winner will be kept updated during the process.

 

 

Winner Selection and Announcement:

• Winners will be announced on this website as well as the promoter's Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/anmorianarchives

• Winners will be chosen at random by a computer run algorithm based on a listing of all entrants into the competition.

• If the selected winner fails to respond within 48 hours to designated means of contact, i.e.: email correspondence via the provided email address in the entry form, then the winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and it shall revert back to the promoter to select another winner via a new random draw whereby the prior recipient is disqualified. 

• Selection of the winner by the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

 

Prize Details:

• The prizes for the competition are limited to: full color glossy A0 poster, full colour double-sided bookmark, laser engraved travel mug, Starbucks eGift card to the value of US$25, print copy of The Anmorian Legends: Wrath of the Exiled (book 1), print copy of The Anmorian Legends: Legacy of the Sentinels (book 2). 

• All prizes advertised are final and strictly as advertised.

• All prizes advertised are not returnable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.

• The promoter is not liable for any defects in the prize.
